- HR, Training and Admin Policies implementation and ensuring sound practices are in place;
- Assist the General Managers to set-up CMED Construction and to lead a team of HR & Training Executives, Administrators and Receptionists;
- Focus to plan, organize, and lead all HR, Training and Admin activities;
- Employee Coaching and Mentoring, ensuring a light and encouraging work environment;
- Responsible for full spectrum HR functions including recruitment of 200+ HC annually and positive retention of 1000+ employees;
- Heavily engaged with key management and operations teams to look at “big picture” planning and roll out of: strategic recruitment plans; policies and flowcharts; performance appraisal system; KPI setting linked to increment, promotion and bonuses; improve manpower attraction, retention, productivity and growth;
- Ensure right policies are in place to attract and retain the best talent;
- Propose and revise yearly Headcount and Administrative budgets for HQ and monitor hiring budget vs actual based on business needs;
- Organizational Development;
- Develop, obtain approval, implement, and review SOPs, policies, process flows as regards to HR Performance Management, Payroll, Compliance, Leave Management, HRIS and Training & Development;
- Lead HRIS Project implementation and creation of new accounts for staff;
- Review and control of monthly payroll and time attendance for local and expatriate staff;
- Review and approval of staff benefits, reimbursements, transport arrangements;
- Staff Welfare, Uniform, ID, and access approval.
