Identified key areas for collaboration where joint integrations can bring recognizable value to meet demand in the market. • Collaborated with Platform (Product Dev) team to ensure the customer experience remained intuitive and seamless within the Content Business platform, a key to evaluating integration viability. Some key GTM integrations of recent focus include modular content governance leveraging Brightspot’s agile content delivery and workflows (a Veeva integration, but vendor agnostic) and deeper personalization integrations with CDP Partners.
• Recruited, onboarded, & developed end to end enablement and success program to build out Partner success for new Channel Partners providing services for Brighstpot.
• Developed co-marketing/co-selling strategies with partners and create thought leadership materials to foster awareness of the integrations and Brightspot’s overall ease of implementation for large Enterprise customers. • Closely teamed with Sales, Partner Leadership, Platform and Engineering to align on existing initiatives, new opportunities, and prioritizing integrations in the roadmap. • Customers included several Fortune 500 companies like Google, Amazon, Johnson & Johnson. Some key ISV partnerships of focus have been: Tealium, Segment, Veeva, Lingotek, & Workato. Oversaw & managed strategic AWS Partnership.
