• Developed processes related to revenue assurance, auditing, implementation and KPIs.
• Coordinated the FNCC, National Quality Forum for Telecommunications, a forum for all Brazilian operators. (2004-2005)
• Contributed to Intelig being recognized as the best long distance carrier in Brazil. (2001, 2002, 2003)
