Investigated the impact of digital transformation on traditional businesses and the integration of financial services within the Grab ecosystem.
• Utilized the walkthrough method to analyze Grab’s application features, services, and user interactions. Mapped the entire ecosystem, highlighting the central role of digital financial services and the interconnectivity between different service segments including GrabPay, OVO, and GrabKios.
• Examined the regulatory landscape affecting FinTech and digital payment systems in Indonesia. Analyzed laws, regulations, and guidelines from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) that govern electronic money, payment systems, and financial technology operations.
• Performed network analysis to identify key stakeholders within the Grab ecosystem, including users, partners, government entities, and private companies. Evaluated the influence and interactions among these stakeholders, emphasizing the strategic partnerships and collaboration efforts
