My key responsibilities are: • Account management, business development, social selling in key accounts • Diary management of senior executives, daily administration (database entry, CRM, MS Office) • Analysing customer business challenges & objectives and identifying needs in terms of current business obstacles, projects and scoping potential solutions • Cultivating business relationships to deliver long term added value to the customer • Consulting with C-level contacts within organisations • Planning and executing sales & social campaigns • Experience working with a number of verticals: Communications, Media, Public Sector, Professional Services, Transport, Travel, Construction in both B2C and B2B organisations • Extensive knowledge of the full CRM and HCM portfolio and aligning these to business objectives in each dept; Sales (Oracle Sales Cloud, BigMachines-CPQ), Marketing (Eloqua, Responsys, Blue Kai), Service (RightNow, Oracle Policy Automation), Social (Social Relationship Management), Global HR (Peoplesoft, Fusion) and Talent Management (Taleo, Fusion).
