I took their signature dishes and made a couple of tweaks to make them gluten and dairy free. I developed new recipes for appetizers, mains, juices, smoothies, and elixirs to add fresh items to the menu using the inventory that the cafe had available. After the ideation process, I thoroughly trained the kitchen staff in streamlining operations procedures, the creation of the new features and helped them organize the rollout. Training the service staff in the new items and tweaks and on the importance of being extremely responsive, sensitive and aware of any of their clients' food allergies or intollerances.
