Among my accomplishments, I have: ➥ Recruited, built, led, and coordinated a media team of in-house, contract, and agency personnel. ➥ Helped shift from a primarily B2C GTM strategy to B2B, selling via dealers and partners and providing them with everything they needed to sell our product effectively to their clients. ➥ Employed data analysis/visualization to report on web interactions, sales team interactions, product sales, and marketing effectiveness; enabled the company to maximize conversion rates, optimize the customer journey, and enhance the effectiveness of customer segmentation tactics. ➥ Directed the development of digital content, including videos, copy, paid ads, email, and web content. ➥ Collaborated with the sales team and external partners to launch a brand refresh in just 42 days, positioning the company as a thought leader in its industry. ➥ Leveraged lead scoring and sales process automation to reduce CAC and enhance the ROI of customer outreach initiatives. ➥ Developed a full social media strategy; trained team members on social media best practices. ➥ Optimized conversion rates across primary and auxiliary websites. ➥ Led a suite of PPC and paid social campaigns; reduced paid ad spend by 50% ➥ Achieved and maintained multiple Page 1 SERP listings across primary keywords. ➥ Developed marketing collateral, sales messaging, and go-to-market strategies for two successful product lines in a challenging pandemic environment
