Some achievements: + Elevated the brand narrative for Travel + Leisure Co's Club Wyndham Asia (CWA), repositioning it as an aspirational travel membership and lifestyle club while debunking common myths about timeshare. Created a Communications Center of Excellence (COE), led a regional brand protection working group, and developed a strategy to recoup ~USD 400K per month in sales lost to negative online reviews. + Publicized Cialfo's Series B extension with Tiger Global, reaching > 515 million readers in my first month as their first Global Head of Brand and Communications. Cialfo is one of the world’s top-ranked edtech companies with a student-first career exploration network and SaaS college application platform. + Served as Head of Corporate Affairs for KBZ, Myanmar’s largest privately-owned bank. This GM-level role reported to the Deputy CEO overseeing all corporate communications, from employee and government relations to product and cause marketing. Led 10 Burmese staff in Yangon - several of whom did not speak English - entirely remotely from Singapore to achieve 122.5% performance against quarterly targets. + As the Interim Head of Marketing Communications for Colliers International, I supported the Managing Director, Hong Kong amidst prolonged local protests and a possible global pandemic. + Cut marcomms budget by US$500K per year in the first two weeks as Head of Marketing Communications, CCIB & PvB by restructuring Standard Chartered Bank’s media partnership with Euromoney.
