Jun. 2014 - Oct. 2015- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across EMEA developing and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, gaining a deep understanding of customer and business goals and all the while acting as a guardian of candidate experience.
- Taking ownership of the candidate research cycle and subsequent delivery of high caliber individuals to the lead recruiter.
- Perform complex searching through all specific recruitment tools for identifying suitable candidates by using complex tools and innovative techniques for searching (complex Boolean search string, X-ray, Social Media, job boards).
- Using social media tools (LinkedIn, Xing, Google+, Monster, Twitter, blogs, forums, communities, etc.) to ensure maximum exposure of the available opportunities.
- Approaching and questioning candidate’s interest over the existent vacancies by proposing the new opportunity to passive candidates, cold-calling and head-hunting.
