Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of comprehensive brand and marketing strategies tailored to regional and international markets, with a focus on enhancing revenue and audience engagement • Spearhead the expansion of digital channels, reach, and audience through a content strategy designed to entertain, engage, and nurture our fanbase. • Collaborate with key partners to execute multi-channel and experiential brand campaigns that elevate our brand reputation. • Design and implement an international events calendar aimed at boosting brand awareness, reputation, and commercial growth. • Oversee the refinement of product offerings and messaging, including the introduction of new products such as e-gaming and international retail operations. • Manage a budget for marketing and digital initiatives. Key Achievements: • Successfully crafted an international marketing strategy, with a specific focus on Brazil, UAE, and the United States. Achieved the fastest-growing social channel in the Premier League and the most engaged international social channels for six straight months since launch. • Successful business case proposal and the start of a club-wide digital transformation strategy. • Implemented a robust athlete and asset activation strategy, ensuring the alignment of athletes with brand objectives, resulting in the success of campaigns. • Introduced a cutting-edge CRM and data strategy for micro-targeted customer engagement, including the implementation of Salesforce.

Signed off 6 sponsorship deals for the 2010-11 season. Lead on London FA's Champions League Festival at Hyde Park with UEFA, huge success both with participation numbers and exposure. Direct Marketing - Utilise the FA's strong direct marketing ability. The LFA have never utilised DM, we developed a strong strategy for DM both for brand development and sponsorship opportunities.
