Reporting into the Techdata UK board and the Maverick European Leadership Team. Developed and resourced a multi-channel customer sales strategy, to exploit markets including LFD, Projection, AV components and collaboration technologies, managing vendors such as Promethean, Microsoft, Epson and Maverick brand Vision. Collaboratively developed a vendor channel tiered model with full value add enablement, including pass through marketing, demonstration facilities, CRM opportunity management and bespoke logistics. Restructured the team by 50%, evolved the selling process and customer service levels approach, significantly improving the market perception, creating a platform to recruit key vendors. Established a strong management process and best practice with Microsoft surface HUB. Developed UK value add operating principals. Significantly improved market perception of Maverick the brand through strong press, manufacturer and customer engagement.
