- Revitalized Business Performance: Directed a successful comeback initiative that restored company performance to pre-closure levels after an 18-month hiatus, contributing to substantial revenue growth in 2023. Championed an award-winning COVID-19 campaign, recognized for its exceptional impact.
- Strategic Store Openings: Oversaw the launch of 20 new stores from Q3 2023 to Q2 2024, achieving an average weekend revenue of IDR 700M per venue. This initiative led to a monthly revenue increase from IDR 3.5B to IDR 4B, meeting our targeted annual revenue goals. Leveraged strategic marketing and influencer partnerships to generate significant buzz.
- Effective Budget Management: Managed an annual marketing budget of Rp. 28B, optimizing resource allocation across media, campaigns, corporate communications, and digital marketing. Led a team of 15, including 3 department heads and 12 managers.
- Successful Digital Engagement: Achieved over 500K downloads for the Timezone Fun App with a 95% registration rate. The app generated IDR 50B from voucher sales and contributed 6% of total transactions and 5% of sales.
- E-Commerce Growth: Enhanced e-commerce sales through strategic partnerships with Traveloka and Tiket.com, reaching a running rate of IDR 1.5B by June 2024—a threefold increase since July 2022.
- Impactful Campaigns: Launched a marketing campaign that garnered 1.5M views on TikTok, 1.2M views on YouTube, and achieved a 38.4% engagement rate on Instagram within 4 months.
- Brand Awareness Improvement: Increased brand awareness by 10 points to 62% and top-of-mind awareness by 8 points to 24% through a well-executed brand roadmap.
