Hi, I’m Rea – I typically work on a variety of projects in marketing and client experience. In 2009, I started my career in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist, subject matter expert, and coach, then I eventually became a lead trainer. I left the corporate world after 7 years to fulfill my dream of working remotely. In 2016, I became a freelancer and worked as a digital content creator/manager/marketer. While working remotely, I wanted to have a platform to continue being a trainer and educate people for free so I created a YouTube channel where I housed all my training videos. Fast forward to today, I’m still doing it! Before I started in the workforce, I was already an avid writer – starting and building several personal blogs until they became an income-generating hobby for me. When I left my corporate job, I first worked as a content and copywriter, and since then, I’ve developed an intense liking for creating meaningful and valuable content. On my YouTube channel, I talk a lot about career and personal development. On the business side, I love helping businesses supercharge their brand and increase leads through impactful digital content. I also take on special projects where I help foreign businesses start a contact center team in the Philippines. Learning from my BPO experience, I understand how important it is to take good care of customers/clients and give them the best experience in every touchpoint they have with the company.
