Hi, I’m Rea – I typically work on a variety of projects in marketing and client experience.
In 2009, I started my career in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist, subject matter expert, and coach, then I eventually became a lead trainer. I left the corporate world after 7 years to fulfill my dream of working remotely.
In 2016, I became a freelancer and worked as a digital content creator/manager/marketer. While working remotely, I wanted to have a platform to continue being a trainer and educate people for free so I created a YouTube channel where I housed all my training videos. Fast forward to today, I’m still doing it!
Before I started in the workforce, I was already an avid writer – starting and building several personal blogs until they became an income-generating hobby for me. When I left my corporate job, I first worked as a content and copywriter, and since then, I’ve developed an intense liking for creating meaningful and valuable content.
On my YouTube channel, I talk a lot about career and personal development. On the business side, I love helping businesses supercharge their brand and increase leads through impactful digital content.
I also take on special projects where I help foreign businesses start a contact center team in the Philippines. Learning from my BPO experience, I understand how important it is to take good care of customers/clients and give them the best experience in every touchpoint they have with the company. This aspect of my experience also helps me perform my marketing roles with more clarity and intention.
