My focus is on creating strategic workflows to drive the successful adoption of enablement tools by all revenue users and support program rollouts and facilitate initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and productivity.
My work centers on delivering complex, cross-functional solutions that align with business objectives—spanning tool administration, configuration, integration, user training, and impact analysis. By leveraging data-driven insights, I proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that streamline sales, support and services operations, increase engagement, and improve adoption. I partner closely with stakeholders across revenue, marketing, operations, and IT to ensure tooling strategies meet evolving business needs. I balance hands-on execution with forward-looking strategies to ensure our enablement stack remains agile, effective, and outcome-driven.
