• Led the establishment of the Digital Department within the nonprofit.
• Led the recruitment and development of employees within the Digital Department.
• Line managed the department and directly supported the Director of the nonprofit.
• Served as an Executive representative on the nonprofits inaugural Alumni Committee.
• Created an Information Technology (IT) house for the nonprofit with appropriate software to increase operational efficiency.
• Supported engagement and internal coordination for partnerships in the area of health, sport and academics across the three pillars of the nonprofit. Achievements:
• Managed and established diverse strong multi-year partnerships with stakeholders such as Google, Microsoft, International Sport Foundations, and the Development Sector to deliver strategy and raise over £100 000 worth of funding per year.
• Designed and spearheaded portfolios, projects and interventions that used sport to enable Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3,4,5,8 and 10 through university sports scholarships, school feeding programmes and internships which helped over 1500 youth.
• Headed implementation of sports development policy to develop a partnership with an online learning academy which empowered over 3500 underprivileged school children in rural areas to access educational material to improve learning outcomes by 35%.
• Facilitated collaborative partnerships across sectors and partners to enable development such as the internship programme.
• Optimised business processes and organisational operations in 3 months which resulted in capacity building amongst all staff.
• Prepared written outputs and other inputs for strategy and advocacy around education, health and sport aligned to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's).
• Represented the nonprofit at internal coordination meetings, as well as networks and engagement meetings.
