May. 2021 - Jun. 2021RemoteA Web3 Accelerator & IDO Launchpad As a recognised UX/UI designer with prior experience in the Web3 industry, I was personally approached by Scaleswap, a trailblazing Decentralised Multi-Chain Fundraising Platform, to tackle challenges in devising an intuitive user interface for their Initial Dex Offering (IDO) platform. ► Problem Analysis: Collaborated closely with the Scaleswap team during the discovery phase to delve into their DeFi project objectives. This engagement led to the design of customer journey schematics tailored to the platform's functionality and the user's journey, ensuring seamless information provision and transactional experience for potential investors. ► Design Innovation: Spearheaded the UX/UI design phase, harnessing tools like Illustrator and Figma. The collaborative nature of Figma allowed client involvement at all design stages and accelerated the frontend build process by providing precise pixel dimensions to the developers. ► Development & Testing: Upon design approval, orchestrated the development of underlying functionality in parallel with the frontend build. The platform underwent rigorous testing with around 200 beta testers, equipped with test cryptocurrency wallets, garnering positive feedback on design and functionality. ► Successful Launch: The outcome was a triumphant public IDO launch on the newly developed Scaleswap platform, raising $175,000 in less than 27 seconds with nearly 2000 users participating. The user experience was highly commended by the community, as manifested in numerous affirmative responses on Telegram. ► Technical Proficiency: This project demanded a nuanced understanding of the Web3 space, enabling seamless cryptocurrency exchanges (swaps) from Ethereum to wETH, and further enriched my expertise in blockchain technology and DeFi solutions.
