Dec. 2019 - Jun. 2020I managed the Human Resources department for a healthcare clinic group consisting of 276 employees, and 12 clinics in three counties. As a key management team member, I implemented the Ultipro HCM Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance modules. I collaborated with vice presidents, managers, and supervisors regarding all employment issues including; business intelligence reports, employee relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, regulatory compliance, employment, and labor law. Effectively transformed recruiting and onboarding processes to achieve the highest quality of compliance and training with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in mind. Working with the HR Consultant, I assisted in the implementation of a new healthcare insurance benefits program which resulted in a 20% cost savings, and an improved employee experience. My role ended due to COVID-19.
