Jan. 2003 - Dec. 2006UKAs the Senior Technical Consultant at Profita I was responsible for customisation and installation of all Frontrange and Microsoft CRM solutions. The Frontrange suite included Goldmine, Goldsync, iGoldmine and mGoldmine, and also third party add-on products including, Inaport, Details Plus and TeleSupport Helpdesk. In my role with Microsoft CRM I provided a much more consultative lead approach, being the senior CRM Consultant I was involved from the initial technical demonstration, to the specification of systems and on to the configuration, implementation and post implementation support. I acquired good Scribe skills as Scribe is the preferred data import tool for MSCRM. I was also responsible for both onsite support of these products and providing user and administration training on Goldmine, MSCRM and Crystal. The skills required for this position include 2000/ 2003 Server, 2000/ XP client, MSSQL 2000, Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, COM+, Crystal Reports and the ability to apply sound logic in order to troubleshoot any problem along with the soft skills required for consultancy.
