I was also part of the company's Internet Committee that was responsible for defining a strategic roadmap to leverage the Internet to reshape internal business processes and improve relationships with clients and suppliers. We were also involved in the definition of a convergence strategy to rationalize the technical infrastructure and the several different business systems used throughout the company.

In 1997, we defined and managed the development of the first web database-driven authoring tool, specifically designed to meet Citibank's internal brand and security standards, which allowed us to launch standardized websites in 14 different Citibank businesses in Latin America.
