My role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, particularly for digital solutions. I am responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals. I conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations, emphasizing the value of AI and ML solutions. My advisory role includes providing technical guidance to customers on AI and ML benefits for their businesses. I collaborate closely with customers to translate their requirements into tailored solutions, ensuring effective requirement gathering and analysis. This includes creating custom demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and interacting with clients across Turkey, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. I also develop and present proof of concepts to demonstrate AI and ML solutions' feasibility and effectiveness. As a Technical Account Manager, I maintain client engagement, especially with significant opportunities and enterprise clients. My responsibilities extend to establishing platform demos on Azure Cloud using Linux containers, integrating Generative AI into workflows, providing post-sales support, and conducting data modeling and information architecture. Additionally, I manage business process re-engineering, create demos and POCs, design system integrations using XML Web services, respond to RFIs/RFPs, offer ongoing technical support during sales processes, analyze competitors' offerings, and build and maintain client relationships. Working with an international team, I develop canned demo systems and storyboards, and conduct technical training for partners. A key achievement in this role includes closing Kofax's largest deal, valued at $8.5 million USD.
