My goals were to help rebuild their marketing team, restructure project management, and train up staff to take over the ticketing database and the marketing department once my services were no longer needed. In just over a year, I accomplished a lot of big milestones: • Launched a new website for the company. • Designed and installed digital signage in their facility to replace static signage in anticipation of their new stage opening in fall of 2025. • Retooled their use of Asana as their central project management resource for the marketing team. • Implemented new web-based marketing creative review and response process using Filestage and Adobe. • Deployed a new PR system using Meltwater to distribute and track press contacts, releases, and engagement with the public. • Centralized management and oversight of social media channels using Sprout Social and reduced the amount of time needed to schedule and publish social content across all platforms. • Promoted key marketing staff members and hired new role players to backfill staff who transitioned out. • Hired and onboarded a new database administrator. • Audited all contract services and partnerships to redefine how they spent money on creative production. • Led, encouraged, and supported the marketing team until it was clear that I was no longer needed.
