• Defining comprehensive criteria and technical assessment methods for evaluating candidates.
• Conducting in-depth technical interviews and assessments to validate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Serving as a technical advisor to guide the selection and presentation of qualified candidates to the customer.
• Providing recommendations and insights to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance talent acquisition processes.
• Ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and customer needs, maximizing the chances of successful placements.
• Maintaining a strong network and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Building and nurturing relationships with candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the vetting process.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, account managers, hiring managers, and people care leads, to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
• Participating and providing in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical vetting process and the technical knowledge of the company.
