As a result my contribution in Design led to outstanding results: +60% engagement y/y, +45% submissions y/y, +20% weekly retention y/y • I established and owned a Design System for both iOS and Android apps • Worked in the innovation domain of the apps, creating interaction design experience, micro animations, collaborating with Marketing Design team • Created and maintained 50+ SVG animated graphics \ micro animations (Lottie extension). • Mentoring and onboarding designers in Mobile team Product Monetization: • Created Visual Language for Member Subscription Project, considering UX/UI within all access points cross the website, which gave users possibility of monetizing and advertising their works within a platform.
