May. 2021 - Aug. 2021Hyderabad, Telangana, IndiaDuring my tenure at Surreal, I worked closely with the Design Lead, Product Manager and CEO to redesign the Noticeboard Module of the Newton Web App. I gained deep insight into the product design process, user-centric decision-making and also understood how to handle real-life challenges that come up every day when trying to meet both user and business needs while balancing developmental constraints. Noticeboard: I started with a thorough review of the existing Noticeboard. The design process began with product and market research, moving on to user interviews and scenario mapping in order to propose design solutions—I then created workflows, wireframes, final screens and prototypes for the approved ideas.
