• Oversee Active Directory user accounts, manage group policies, and configure shared-folder permissions
to maintain security and control access to network resources.
• Utilize ManageEngine tools like OpManager and Desktop Central to monitor network performance,
automate software deployments, and generate compliance reports for IT audits.
• Provision and support Google Workspace accounts, configuring Gmail routing, Drive sharing settings,
and enforcing security policies such as two-factor authentication for all users.
