Align the team around a product road map. Delivery Management: Collaborate with enterprise, premium and white label clients to understand their business requirements. Work on resource allocation to estimate the cost involved and commit delivery timelines. Coordinate with the clients, internal departments and service providers to deliver the product/service. Employee Management: Hire and train employees by providing insights of the business. Direct the activities of IT technicians to meet the requirements and solve issues of the end customer. Policy Management: Developing help desk SLAs, user guide and tutorial videos. Implementing policies and procedures for members of each department and end users. Business Partner Management: Collaborating with business partner companies, understanding and implementing their business needs, training and assisting for product launch. Vendor/Service Provider Management: Coordinate with the vendors and internal departments to build the services. Service providers include payment gateways, bitcoin payments, SMS providers, food delivery aggregators, delivery partners, telephony services, etc. Revenue Planning: Collaborate with CEO, MD, accounts, sales and marketing team to derive the actual and projected revenue/expense to make changes to the existing revenue model, plans to expand the business and hire employees for new/existing roles. Customer Success: Coordinate with customers and internal teams to make sure the services are delivered successfully. Understand customers business, guide on effective use of existing features, encourage business expansion by up-selling the add-ons to retain the customers and reduce the churn rate. Escalation Handling: Resolving help desk escalations by directly assessing the situation and devising a solution to the customers problem.
