Sep. 2024I am responsible for driving the company’s digital marketing strategy, content creation, and user experience across multiple platforms. My role involves a blend of content marketing, conversion optimization, and product communication, while focusing on the highly specialized field of compliance and crypto-related topics. Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation & Blog Writing: I write and publish blog posts on industry topics, including anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), regulatory changes, and crypto compliance. I focus on delivering well-researched, insightful, and SEO-optimized content. - Conversion Flow Optimization: I analyze, design, and optimize user conversion flows across our digital platforms to enhance engagement and lead generation. My work in this area helps streamline the user journey, increasing conversions and improving overall user experience. - Email Marketing Campaigns: I plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring that content is targeted, engaging, and effective in driving conversions and customer retention. My role also includes crafting copy that aligns with Ospree’s brand and growth strategies. - Website Management & UX: I oversee the content and structure of Ospree’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. I also collaborate with UX/UI teams to continuously improve website usability and conversion rates. - Product Video Scripting & User Guides: I script product videos that communicate key features and benefits to our users. In addition, I create user product guides, ensuring that customers have access to detailed, clear instructions to navigate and utilize our offerings. - Social Media Management:
I manage Ospree’s social media presence, creating and curating content that builds brand awareness and engages our target audience. Through strategic campaigns, I work to foster community engagement and strengthen Ospree’s digital footprint.
