Fully responsible for scheduling and maintaining the agenda for both the Country Director and Managing Editor, which entails 2-3 meetings per day for each. Provides translation in meetings/interviews when needed. Assists the editorial staff with their research. Organize all office activities including schedules of executives, drivers, addresses agendas and coordination with head office. Collecting the advertise artwork and submits to the head office. Development of telephone etiquette and networking skills with executives and office assistants for executive offices for all 200 companies of interaction. Maintenance of all Expenses and liaising with head office for all financial inquiries for Egypt branch office. Issuing of Invoices for current clients as well as collection of materials needed to complete each Handle Hotel accommodation, flight tickets and meets. assist and transportation for executive managers and for the monthly board meeting and issue paper work for hotel accommodation and flight tickets and prepare weekly report for inbound and outbound. Attending events and conferences, presenting the vision of our company. Organize the distribution of the books after issuing. Replacing my managers in viewing the aim of the company to different participates.
