Completed set up of the Domain Controller Server and enabled the system to work with 40% improvement in productivity. Completed the implementation of new VPN User Policy for all relevant teams. Have acted as the Project Manager during the Piloting of GPS driven order reception system in Izmir and managed an on site team of ten. Have worked on VoIP improvement project which has increased the daily response rate of the Customer Line. Worked as the Business Analyst for the MGSM Ordering Project, Worked as the Project Lead in CRM 3.0 transition, worked on business analysis and application development. As part of the helpdesk establishment project, I have completed recruitment of the helpdesk agents, defined the roles and responsibilities for the helpdesk team and managed the team operations on a daily basis. Have successfully completed the transition of network processes during the Nestle Erikli Merger period. The activities included setting up of 300+ user exchange accounts, VPN accounts assignments and merging all Aegean and Mediterranean Region user accounts and networks under one domain.
