Our goal is to strengthen the brand's positioning in various markets as a reference in connectivity and technological innovation. We achieve this through managing a digital ecosystem (web, social media, email marketing, CRM, WhatsApp) supported by an Inbound Marketing strategy. We work with the Agile methodology, which helps us coordinate weekly with the product and sales teams to drive the achievement of OKRs together. My main responsibilities are:
✅ Defining strategies.
✅ Monitoring their execution, coordinating tasks with external partners (agencies).
✅ Defining content for each digital channel, as well as editing and creating content.
✅ Preparing reports with metrics, focusing primarily on KPI and OKR performance. Achievements: Over 50-point increase in the average Net Promoter Score (NPS).
21% annual increase in Click-Through Rate (CTR).
23% increase in Open Rate (OR).
