In my main role, I directly took care of the implementation project of the new Design System Global, where together with the CRO team, we reached the great mark of being the first country to implement the project within the entire global structure. In addition to all the redesign of the site with this new structure, we did a lot of testing to validate and support it as we progressed with the project. I worked directly with the CRO team defining results and success metrics, as well as doing a Hand's on job and leading the design team of the new agency. I led the creative team and on-boarding the new external agency hired, leading 5 designers and supporting 2 copywriters and actively working with the PM of the account.
