o Established a Network and Client Service Tier II support team that designs, deploys, manages, and maintains all the Enterprise Network Services globally from Manila
o Architect and Project managed the implementation of the first production Virtualized Environment Clusters in key Data Centers of GXS.
o Project Managed the selection, deployment and fit-up of new offices and data centers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne
o Project managed deployment of CISCO VoIP in key Asia Pacific Sites
o Reduced the Data Center Server density by 50% through virtualization technology with an annual cost reduction of USD 175,000.
o Hardened the Region's Connectivity through route diversity using alternative solutions to ensure High Availability. o Increased operational efficiency starting January 2006 by improving availability of infrastructure services in the region from less than 92% to an YTD ave. of 99.96%.
o Improved security compliance from less than 90% to an YTD ave of 96% since August 2006.
o Reduced the IT Expense annually by USD 125,000 est.
