Jan. 2018 - May. 2018Santiago Province, Chile• Ensure the correct execution of the Recurring Services in compliance with the agreements, contracts, SLAs, KPIs of the IaaS clients.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction for the services provided during the Post-Sale, acting as a main point of internal escalation, by IaaS Services. • Manage the quality and continuous improvement of the Managed Services, ensuring the correct adoption and use of the services and platforms contracted. • Ensure the fulfillment of the goal of churn / renewals / maintenance of IaaS clients, as well as ensuring the increase of consumption, new workloads of clients with Managed Services and / or the portfolio of their Technical Account Managers (TAMs) • Keep the efficiency, productivity and optimization of the resources under his charge, both human and technological; promoting the use of new products / technologies for the administration / management of their clients' platforms.
