Over the past decade, I have spearheaded local branches for international software companies in South Africa, nurturing their growth and expansion. The team sizes have varied from 5 to 20, with revenues ranging from $4m to $30m. I was recognized as the 'Regional Director of the Year' in 2022 at Veritas and successfully negotiated a $6m deal with a major banking client. I have consistently surpassed targets, with a notable 160% achievement in 2017. My leadership has resulted in substantial regional growth, from 16 to 40 clients within a span of three years. I have also led the adoption of innovative solutions like Virtual Data and Customer Cloud 360, and secured a $4.5m deal against a tough competitor.
