Sep. 2022 - Aug. 2023•Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders in order to understand their needs •Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, HeadHunter, Amazinghiring, company's database, GitHub etc. •Posting job ads and reviewing applications •Interviewing candidates from entry level to senior level positions for a variety of IT roles (Java, C++, C#/.Net developers, Embedded SWEs, Machine learning, NLP, QA/SDETs, System Administrators, DevOps, Penetration testers, Project, Product, Release, Delivery and Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Business/System analysts, DBAs, Data scientists, Financial controllers... •Scheduling Technical, PM and Client interviews across multiple time zones with speed and efficiency •Managing and prioritising a high volume of interviews •Maintaining the talent database and candidate pool •Providing daily reports on progress, meeting monthly KPIs •Contributing to the Employer Branding strategy •Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with interview participants from initial contact to interview completion
