• Manage and co-ordinate testing, live implementations, regular reporting and feedback with all other participating banks and the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA), ensuring continuous improvement to the DebiCheck business and technical requirements
• End-to-end implementation of a completely new integrated Point of Sale (POS) system for African Bank, incorporating DebiCheck and other existing customised functionality
• Integrate the African Bank DebiCheck solution into all business areas, including Front-End and Back-end applications
• Design, analyse, implement and enhance business processes and reporting to cater for the DebiCheck solution in all impacted areas of the bank
• Provide hands-on training and coaching, and oversee virtual training and communication initiatives regarding DebiCheck for all business units of the bank

• African Bank Limited - IT Test Analysts Training Project: Plan and facilitate rigorous daily training for 24 IT Test Analysts on African Bank's Debtor Management and General Ledger systems (Front and Back End), produce detailed training documentation, perform post-training assessments, provide feedback to the CIO (8 months)
• African Bank Limited - Temporary IT Test Manager: Contribute to and review test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test data for use during the testing phase of the SDLC, communicate issues to business analysts and developers, manage bug fixes, provide impact analysis of changes, participate in change management activities, manage post implementation testing, sign off and reviews (4 months)

• Third line escalation for African Bank network and infrastructure issues, responsible for resolution.
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting, up to Exco level. Custodian of system documentation for several applications, and system-generated customer contracts.
• Project management, data interrogation, data mapping, testing and production support of the conversion of the EHL Credit book (2.5 million accounts) onto African Bank’s system
