The instructor plays a key role in promoting mental health literacy, reducing stigma, and equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to support mental well-being. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver mental health training programs tailored to various audiences, including students, employees, healthcare professionals • Educate participants on topics such as mental health disorders, emotional resilience, stress management, and suicide prevention. • Facilitate engaging and interactive discussions to encourage awareness and open conversations about mental health. • Provide evidence-based strategies for coping with stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. • Stay up to date with mental health research, policies, and best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant. • Collaborate with mental health professionals, educators, and organizations to enhance training programs and provide referrals when necessary. • Advocate for mental health awareness and stigma reduction in workplaces, schools, and community settings. • Experience in teaching, training, or facilitating mental health-related programs. • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and support resources. • Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. • Ability to explain complex mental health concepts in a clear and accessible manner. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a supportive learning environment. • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and mental health first aid is a plus.
