To prepare training manuals of new products as well as existing products and to train-up the PSOs.
Preparing and reviewing yearly sales and promotional budget of assigned products.
Analyzing brand and portfolio performance (monthly, quarterly and yearly), interpreting the situation and taking necessary actions accordingly.
Designing cost effective marketing plan and promotional campaigns. Preparing monthly action plan in light of yearly marketing plan of assigned products.
Developing training manuals and packaging and promotional materials.
Project Management for launching new products (Project Proposal Formulation, Feasibility Study, Launching Action Plan and Post-Launching Surveillance). Conducting Monthly Cycle Meetings.
Coordinating with Medical Affairs Department to conduct Seminar, Clinical Meeting.
