Dec. 2021Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamAs a Game Designer at VNG, I was part of the Prototype team at MPS Studio. Our primary responsibility was to explore new directions in the gaming market and develop new game genres that were different from the traditional zombie shooter games here. In my role as a Game Designer, I was responsible for managing and processing data (using Excel or Python) to generate hypotheses for optimizing the game and increasing its monetization potential. For game genres that required a balanced gameplay experience, I was also responsible for designing user progressions. Additionally, I was also involved in the level design process and described the features when required.
