Lead a team of 5 technical writers to correct over 5,000 position descriptions that were shared throughout the organization at the other sites. Responsible for developing a task order evaluation process compliant to the federal acquisition regulation that included government risk tolerance to ensure the most appropriate contractor was awarded the task order. The task orders were primarily administrative or professional services throughout the USA. We supported over 1 billion in services awarded to 8 contractors on the IDIQ contract. Eventually was offered a GS14 position in Seattle but decided to remain a contractor.
