Echo Managed ServicesProduct Director
May. 2017 - Sep. 2021United Kingdom & AustraliaWorking with the Board of Directors I drove all aspects of the Vision, Strategy & Delivery of Aptumo, a new Global SaaS Enterprise Multi-Utility Billing Solution built on Salesforce. The initial programme enabled the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers in multiple geographies, whilst enabling simpler implementations & reduced time-to-market. I achieved all programme outcomes on-time and within budget, whilst significantly increasing scope and laying firm foundations for the future. I went on to implement Aptumo’s first adopter client in Victoria Australia. The complex water utility business transformation ran over 24-months and saw the implementation of the Salesforce CRM & Aptumo. The programme's success enabled us to win further business in Australia, as I drove business development activities and the creation of the new Aptumo Australia business. Aptumo is Enterprise Cloud Software and is architected for flexible deployments & scalable delivery to suit multiple client landscapes where CRM & Billing work seamlessly together without the need for complex integration. Bolt on market localisation packs meant you could easily tailor the solution to your chosen markets and geographies within the Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce ISV product is built in Lightning & is tightly coupled with a complementary AWS & Heroku backend PaaS architecture to enable billing at scale.

Affinity WaterHead of Digital Development
Feb. 2015 - Sep. 2016Hatfield, United KingdomAssisting the CIO in building the Senior Management Team I drove an ambitious Transformation & Simplification programme with Cloud, Mobile, Digital and DevOps at the core of its strategy. Initially in-sourcing a brand-new team, I took control of the IT portfolio and associated teams to get a firm grip on our financials. Introducing new roles, firm principles and best practices I went on to set new ways of working where collaboration between IT and the business was paramount. Defining Technical and Digital Roadmaps closely with the Head of Architecture, we set out a Digital Workplace Strategy aligned with Cloud, O365, End User Computing and Role-based Technology initiatives, delivering to 1500+ users in the business. Self-service, Security and Data Governance underpinned the entire implementation. During my time at Affinity Water I managed to promote User Adoption from the bottom of their priorities to the top. With Digital Transformation being a hot topic currently, you cannot underestimate the impact this technology will have on your business. ►Visit the jobs website affinitywater.co.uk/itjobs
