Post-sales, I engaged with these customers to develop digital advertising solutions to meet their growth goals and business objectives through the right mix of branding and/or performance. I also managed cross functional relationships with our Acquisitions and Sales teams. This role involved many common elements of the sales lifecycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, cold calling, closing, upselling, relationship management and lots of creativity to grow and transform businesses. Technically speaking, I utilized my consultative skills to understand customer needs and deliver measurable solutions through Google Ads, including the likes of Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping and App Advertising. Key Achievements:

► Utilising market knowledge and insights for Turkey to scrub over 500 leads and build self-sourced pipeline, cold calling and pitching solutions to clients including C-level. ► Managed budgets over £300k to create, monitor and optimise campaigns across clients in UKI & TR. ► Brought in over £500k revenue for customers and achieved ROAS as high as 525%
► Implemented User Experience (UX) best practices through UX consultations with colleagues and clients, transforming their digital presence and overall customer journey in alignment with business KPIs.
► Reduced checkout and cart abandonment rates by as much as 30% QoQ and bounce rates by as much as 20% QoQ.
► Received formal monetary recognition through peer bonuses from four colleagues following UX consultations.
► Took the initiative and collaborated with colleagues to create a client-friendly UX best practices deck and resource repository.
