Providing professional solutions to HP end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence.
Managing customer expectations and keeping everyone up to date. Qualifying and identifying a variety of customer problems, recording them on database.
Handling customer complaints related to products, services, sales and pre-sales which are provided by HP. Dealing their requests by HP processes.
Acting as a link between the end users of the products and upper management of HP. Resembling customer in HP.
Working in co-ordination between different departments.
Reporting the areas that need improvement from the point of the customer satisfaction.
Co-ordinating customer relations in case of a crisis according to politics defined by different departments.
