Jul. 2015 - Oct. 2015Bucharest, Romania-Remote support to customer engineers, Level-II and Field Engineers in resolving issues and performing critical activities on live networks; -Remote assistance and fault handling during incidents and planned work: troubleshooting, configuration, support (for planned works or on site intervention); -Interface with R&D for the solution to problems and implementation of high risk activities in the network; -Follow the incident management flow for problem escalation and ensure the target resolution time should meet as per contract with customer; -Prepare the preventive and reconstructive maintenance plan to be implemented in customer networks and provide support to field staff in implementing them; - Update the help-desk, customer and relevant departments with the progress of the problem resolution; -Experience in Operation, Maintenance & Software Upgradation of Huawei Transmission Products: * Microwave - Optix RTN 620, 910, 950, 980; * SDH - Optix OSN 1500, 2500, 3500, 7500 * WDM - BWS 1600G, BWS 320G, OSN 1800, OSN 3800, OSN 6800, OSN 8800 Afișează mai puține
