Here is a list of duties I performed as part of my role in daily operations and advancement of show and facilities: Managed vendor contracts from start to finish, and conducted safety inspections to ensure smooth operations and compliance with modern building codes and annual inspections. Managed vendor and staff parking with limited space available, and which often required obstruction permitting to be purchased with the City of Oakland. Resolved appliance issues and oversaw equipment rentals.

Fostered meaningful relationships with staff, vendors, and contractors, contributing to successful project completion and priority when reacting to emergency facility issues. Conducted facility procedure classes and managed lost property, enhancing orderliness and staff adherence to regulations.
