‣ Promote brand awareness through SEO optimization and attractive web design with AEM Development.
‣ Executed CRM campaigns to cross-sell and up-sell new and existing products to clients/brands audience.
‣ Performed CRM platform standard tools configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency, as well as designed effective solutions using custom configurations to meet specific client needs.
‣ Work closely with the Content, Design, and Video teams to develop innovative and on-brand social content. Blasting email newsletter and publishing approved content to share on the brand’s company social media platforms and partner channels.
‣ Monitored team and individual performance against sales goals. Motivated the team, recruited, interviewed, hired, train perspective employees and telemarketing.
‣ Using intuitive SQL performance monitor application manager to discover, availability, health, and performance tracking, and reporting of multi-vendor applications also optimizing servers, and databases.
‣ Prepare detailed marketing forecasts on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually basis.
