I believe that performance is very much influenced by communication and patterns in thinking that are easily noticed in how we utter language. Before the pandemic, my work took me to Spain, The UK, South Africa, India, and Turkey. Working in three languages (Dutch, English, and Spanish) via Zoom enables me to bring together and work with different cultures. There is learning in everything, every time.
