Jul. 2015 - Jul. 2021Tinker Air Force Base, OKMechanic responsible for disassembly, cleaning, inspection, part acquisition, replacement, build-up, and testing of various aircraft components. These components included (but were not limited to): aircraft convergent exhaust nozzle control valves, bleed air valves, fuel control valves (Main Engine Control), fuel actuators, and fuel flow transmitters. Was responsible for parts acquisition, hazardous chemical training, component history, and various other functions within the squadron. Utilized computers and computer programs to accomplish various tasks associated with position. Used all MS Office programs on a daily basis to schedule workloads, read/interpret technical data, order components, and draft work histories for trending failure data. Also utilized a wide array of Armed Forces specific computer programs to document maintenance and locate/source components for ordering.
