Key achievements: * Increased key launch velocity over 600%, launching a key product every month in January - June 2016 * Built 1 and 2 year product roadmaps and achieved 80% win rate on hitting target release dates. * Created cross-functional scrum teams that aligned the whole company (engineering, software, marketing, and sales) around product and gave the entire company complete knowledge of our roadmap.
